CM014	Artillery Officer with a budge barrel, 1st South Carolina Artillery. A budge barrel contained the powder used to fire cannon. The powder came out of a budge barrel and was placed into a pass box which was used to transport the powder from the budge barrel to the gun. 54 mm scale metal kit comes with resin base and pewter budge barrel.	$15.99

CM011	Civil War artilleryman is holding a wooden lever used to move large coastal guns (see compatible guns in our scale models section from mfr's such as Cottage Industries & Verlinden)  from side to side by lifting the rails. The lever is modeled from a drawing obtained from the national archives and is precisely to scale. The soldier is in a shell jacket and can be either Union or Confederate.	$21.99
CM012	This member of the gun crew is holding a sponge to cool the barrel after firing. The size, the shape of the sponge, and the length of the shaft is identical to those found in the national archives for a Rodmanm Parrott, and a Columbiad. There is a famous photograph of several Confederates on the parapet of Ft. Sumter holding a sponge identical to what you see here.	$21.99

CM022	Powder Monkey with passbox. A passbox contained the gunpowder charges used to fire coastal guns. The powder came in a budge barrel where it was then converted into charges, placed inside the passbox, and brought to the guns.
