Magic Water.  Contains 2 containers of resin (mix 1/3 part A, 2/3 part B), total 18 ounces, sets in 12-24 hours (depends on your atmospheric conditions.

	User friendly, no need to heat or layer and has ample working time before setting up.
	Will not yellow, shrink, crack, or bubble when you put debris into it
	Can be colored and tinted with any oil based paint, Floquil, Model Masters, Testors etc.  Water based products (acrylics) don't dissolve as well.
	Ripple effects can be achieved in a number of ways.  If you are able to manipulate the project as it cures, you can tilt it a couple times as its curing, about 10 to 15 hour mark and you will get a gentle very natural looking undulation to the surface.  It can be stirred with a popsicle stick as its curing to get waves & ripples
