STEP 1
For a best performance you can use a
sieve (collander), white glue (Elmers) and a bag of Realgrass. |
STEP 2
You can take out eventual impurities
that can remain. |
STEP 3
In this example, we are using a
medium sized sieve . |
STEP
4
Place Realgrass in the sieve and
separate the fibers with your fingers |
STEP 4
Press and turn realgrass against the
sieve as you separate the fibers |
After
separation, you have two types of grass; smaller consistency for low
grass and larger fibers for taller grass |
STEP 5
when realgrass is ready you can
spread the white glue (before you can paint it with acrylic brown shades) |
STEP 6
Grab a wad of Realgrass by pinching
bewtween your fingers and press in the ground with white glue |
STEP
7
When the glue is dry you
can paint Realgrass with a brush or airbrush; for straw effect the natural
color is perfect and requires no painting. |
